NACAA’s draft testimony on EPA’s November 16, 2017 NPRM to repeal the emission requirements for gliders (as finalized in the October 2016 Phase 2 truck rule) is available for NACAA members’ review and comment by 1 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, November 30, 2017.  The draft testimony, developed under the direction of the NACAA Mobile Sources and Fuels (MSF) Committee Co-Chairs, Erik White (Placer Co., CA) and Steve Flint (NY), is intended for presentation at EPA’s December 4, 2017 public hearing on the NPRM.

  1. Once you have reviewed this 2-page draft, please provide comments – in writing – to Nancy Kruger () by 1 PM Eastern on Thursday, November 30, 2017.  
  2. To the extent you have concerns or recommended changes or additions, please provide an explanation of your issue(s) as well as suggested language to address it – a redline of the draft would be greatly appreciated. 
  3. If you support the draft testimony as written, please let us know that as well.
